Dice Game
Game Setup and Rules
Setup Instructions:
-
Gather Your Players: This game requires 6 players, typically 3 women and 3 men, but you can adjust as needed. All players must agree to participate, and everyone should be aware of the game rules before starting, as this is a high-intensity, adult-themed game.
-
Create the Space: Choose a comfortable area like a living room or around a table where guests can roll dice on a flat surface.
-
Materials Needed:
-
Two dice of the same color (Action Dice) – each represents a guest.
-
One die of a different color (Instruction Die) – this die tells the guests what action to perform.
-
A chart or paper listing the instructions corresponding to the dice rolls (PDF Template below).
-
-
Decide on Dice Instructions:
-
Before starting, all players must agree on the instructions associated with each dice roll to ensure everyone is comfortable with the game actions.
-
Write each agreed-upon instruction next to the corresponding die number on the chart (e.g., a 1 on the Instruction Die might mean “Kiss,” while a 2 might mean “Dance with”).
-
-
Assign Numbers to Players:
-
Assign each player a number from 1 to 6. A common setup is to assign odd numbers to one gender and even numbers to the other, but you can adjust this as long as everyone knows their assigned number. Record the names on the Dice Sheet(s), which you can find a free PDF template below.

Game Rules:
-
Rolling the Dice:
-
On each turn, a player rolls all three dice: the two Action Dice (each representing a guest) and the Instruction Die (which determines the action).
-
The numbers rolled on the Action Dice indicate which two players will interact with each other based on their assigned numbers.
-
The Instruction Die determines the action they will perform according to the agreed chart.
-
-
Interpreting the Dice Roll:
-
The two Action Dice numbers correspond to the players who will participate in the action (e.g., if the Action Dice show 2 and 5, Player 2 and Player 5 will interact).
-
The number on the Instruction Die tells what action they will perform (e.g., if the Instruction Die shows 3, and the agreed chart states that 3 means “Hug,” then Players 2 and 5 hug each other).
-
-
Performing Actions:
-
The players identified by the Action Dice must perform the action indicated by the Instruction Die as described on the chart. If either player feels uncomfortable, they may pass without penalty. Respect for all participants is crucial.
-
-
Passing and Opting Out:
-
Any player who is uncomfortable with a rolled action can pass. If a player opts out, their turn ends, and the next player rolls the dice.
-
-
End of the Game:
-
The game continues until a predetermined time or when players decide to stop. The main objective is to keep the game enjoyable and consensual, so pause or end the game if anyone feels uneasy.
-

Important Note: This game is meant for consenting adults. Ensure that every participant feels safe, comfortable, and respected at all times. The focus should always be on fun and mutual enjoyment.
